Well, having spent all the time and effort building my list to just over 2000 I now seem to be neglecting it a bit. I think the last email I sent was 2 weeks ago !

The stats for that, by the way, were…..Open Rate 2.59%, Click Rate 0.35%  Not the best in the world  🙁

I’m told (by the gurus) that you should mail your list every day, some say even more – either way, they certainly don’t advocate twice a month. (continue reading…)

Well, following on from my post about adf.ly here’s an update about how I’ve been getting on…

The original idea of using adf.ly traffic to sell the PLR product came to zilch. Ok, may have just been the wrong product for those seeing it. I spent $15 for 24,000 hits resulting in, as said, zero sales.

That might sound bad (well, it’s not good I’ll grant you) but 24,000 is quite low for an adf.ly campaign, I just decided to switch things a tad before putting more money into it – I may still rerun this again though with more traffic  🙂

So, as I’m promoting Wealthy Affiliate, I decided to give that a whirl with adf.ly. This time I ramped the traffic up and spent $48 for 120,000 hits. These hits brought me 24 Wealthy Affiliate subscribers at the Free member level. Of these free members, 5 of them completed their profile set ups (added an image etc) gaining me a payout from WA of $1 each, so $5. (continue reading…)

Hi,

Just wanted to share something that happened to me today with everyone…

I have a gig on Fiverr. It’s not intended to give me financial freedom or anything, but I do so that I can build up experience making money on there and so help or advise others that do so.

My gig is $5 plus a $5 upgrade that is well worth taking.

A buyer ordered for $10 and I set to work delivering. It’s a fairly straight forward gig so no issues, or so I thought. To cut a long story short buyer asked for this and that to be changed and so I had to jump through a series of hoops delivering amendments. (continue reading…)

Ok, so as the title says, I thought I’d do something different, and it’s all tied up with my use of the traffic generation site adf.ly

I’ve been having some success using adf.ly to get subscribers and some sign ups to ‘free’sites, but the proof of the pudding so to speak would be to get sales out of it.

To that end, I’ve selected a decent PLR product from www.resell-rights-weekly.com and put up a sales page for it.

The cardinal rule with PLR is that it’s not that good for selling ‘as is’, so I’ve already put myself at a disadvantage, but I’ve price the product very, very low and now I’m going to run some adf.ly traffic to it.

Lets see how it gets on 🙂

All the best

Click  >>>> HERE <<<< to visit the University for yourself  🙂

Ok, so my 3,400 click solo ad has just finished and how did it go?

Well, my opt in rate was a solid 34% and I’ve added just over 1,200 subscribers to my list.

I also made 3 sales on my Thank You Page offer for ClickBank University, so that was nice (and thanks to you guys that brought, it’s a great course).

My next target is list size 2,500, but I don’t know when I’m going to order another solo ad. I think I might play about with FaceBook ads and other PPC for a bit, as well as enjoying myself ‘speaking’ to all my new friends  🙂

All the best

Steve
